Access to a reporting portal is included at no extra cost. The Meescan reporting portal builds on your existing ILS data so you can see how self-checkout is being used in your library.

Built-in scheduling

Set a custom schedule for automated report delivery by email so you can check usage and patron satisfaction on a regular basis.

'Raw' data dumps

To really dig into the numbers, you can get automated 'raw' data dumps. Use the data dumps to easily compile your Meescan statistics with your ILS statistics for a comprehensive look at usage.

Prioritizing privacy

Since Meescan is built around the importance of privacy, there are no patron-identifying details. Instead, you'll see stats such as time of checkout, number of items checked out, device model used for checkout, the patron's rating, and more.

Multiple users

You can request access to the reporting portal for multiple members of your team. We'll assign access during implementation so you can use the reporting portal as soon as Meescan is live in your library.
