PHP/Laravel Developer

If this sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a server-side code developer with solid knowledge of PHP and Laravel and ability to work independently and own tasks end-to-end.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and expand our current API to support new functionality.
Work on a brand new Laravel-based web portal.
Maintain existing API codebase, re-factor and optimize code as necessary.
Participate in product planning and feature design.
Test code and deliver a functional, “production ready” software.
Manage deployment packages and change management documentation.

Minimum requirements:

Solid knowledge of Laravel framework and PHP programming language.
Experiences building APIs and Laravel MVC-based applications.
Experiences developing responsive UIs using Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks.
Solid knowledge of relational databases, MySQL in particular.
Understanding of design patterns and back-end application concepts.
Understanding of code execution and optimization strategies, including SQL optimization, server-side caching and load-balancing.
Knowledge of networking and client-server architecture.
