Mobile self-checkout
Meescan runs on virtually all mobile devices, allowing patrons to check out items from anywhere in the stacks. Our mobile app uses Bluetooth and geolocation technology, and is a seamless part of the Meescan cloud.
Patrons don't have to worry about queueing up for checkout and can enjoy the privacy of self-checkout from their own device.

Meescan security stations
Meescan is compatible with EM and RFID security, offering a self-checkout solution that easily integrates your security system with the self-checkout process. Our security stations are part of the Meescan cloud and approve items for desensitization in real-time. Patrons can use the security stations whether they are completing self-checkout from their mobile device or from a kiosk.
Our smart, cloud-connected EM stations are custom-configured to read a combination of item barcode placements across your collection and securely desensitize EM strips in books and media items.
Our smart, cloud-connected RFID stations are compatible with virtually all RFID tag formats, and securely desensitize tags in books and media items.
