- Our new Curbside Pickup feature was developed specifically so libraries can facilitate safe, scheduled item pickups for patrons.
- When items are ready for pickup, patrons use Curbside Pickup in the Meescan app to check in when they arrive at the library.
- Your team will receive an alert when the patron has arrived so you can deliver the items outside to the patron.
- Patrons can then check out their items using Meescan on their own device, keeping both patrons and staff safe.
As with all Meescan, Curbside Pickup comes included with your annual licence. No extra costs!
