If this sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a server-side code developer with solid knowledge of PHP and Laravel and ability to work independently and own tasks end-to-end.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and expand our current API to support new functionality.
  • Work on a brand new Laravel-based web portal.
  • Maintain existing API codebase, re-factor and optimize code as necessary.
  • Participate in product planning and feature design.
  • Test code and deliver a functional, “production ready” software.
  • Manage deployment packages and change management documentation.
Minimum requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of Laravel framework and PHP programming language.
  • Experiences building APIs and Laravel MVC-based applications.
  • Experiences developing responsive UIs using Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, MySQL in particular. 
  • Understanding of design patterns and back-end application concepts.
  • Understanding of code execution and optimization strategies, including SQL optimization, server-side caching and load-balancing.
  • Knowledge of networking and client-server architecture.
  • Experiences working in an agile software development environment.
  • Experiences with web UI automation and automated testing.
  • Understanding of AWS cloud hosting architecture and strategies.
  • Can play a decent game of darts and okay with office dogs.
