Your responsibilities will include:
  • Follow up on new sales inquiries that come in through email, chat, or phone calls.
  • Send sales emails to customers, promoting quote requests and demos.
  • Track sales activity and update records in CRM (sales management software).
  • Assist sales team by arranging calls and appointments.
Essential skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and autonomous.
  • Multi-tasking, time management, and project prioritizing.
  • Experience speaking with customers on the phone.
  • Can play a decent game of darts and okay with office dogs.

Job type:
